Please pray for my father Jim; he was diagnosed with trigeminal neuralgia over a year ago. This disease causes agonizing facial pain, in fact it is considered to be the most excrutiatingly painful human condition in the world; according to research a very large number of people that suffer from this condition commit suicide because they cannot deal with the pain and it is very difficult to treat with conventional medicine. He has suffered and suffered, sometimes he cannot eat for days or even get out of bed; just a simple thing like brushing teeth or a sheer breeze can cause an attack. He rarely complains, but I can see the pain in his eyes. He has been to a number of doctors and has to take pain medication daily just to take the edge off and sometimes that doesn’t help much. He doesn’t know what to do and the doctors here haven’t been much help other than prescribing pain medication. I worry so much about him, he is a wonderful father, husband and friend; it hurts deeply to know and see that he is in so much pain. Please send out a prayer request that he may be healed of this condition and that he will stand on God’s word with confidence that he can and will be healed of this agonizing pain. Please pray for God to provide him with a good doctor that has knowledge and experience with this condition. In Jesus Name.
